Avocado Toast

Your new, not so basic, & zesty version of the beloved Brunch favorite
Prep Time 5 minutes
Course Breakfast, Lunch, Snack

Ingredients  

  • bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 lime
  • tomato(es)

Seasoning

  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • salt
  • pepper

Optional

  • sunflower kernels / seeds

Instructions 

  • Toast bread to your liking.
  • Peel, slice, & lay avocado on toast. Mash the avocado.
  • Squeeze & drizzle over 1/2 lime juice. Add crushed red pepper flakes to your spice comfort. Top with sunflower seeds (unless you are worried of a nut allergy).
  • Peel, slice, & lay tomatoes on top.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper all over.
  • Enjoy!
