Matcha Lemonade

Sweet, sour, and spirited!
Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients  

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • sugar
  • water

Instructions 

  • Whisk together 1/2 tsp or 1 tsp matcha with water until smooth. Warm or hot water works best.
  • Squeeze 1/2 lemon juice.
  • Add sugar 1 tsp at a time for desired taste.
  • Combine matcha and lemon juice if separated. Add ice.
  • Top with cold water. 1 c for 1/2 tsp matcha OR 2 c for 1 tsp matcha.
  • Enjoy!
